  • • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • • Access: Customer must ensure access to the property and areas to be cleaned. Additional fees may apply for difficult access situations.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service and safety, customers agree to:

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • • Areas or items not specified in the service agreement
  • • Damage caused by third parties or structural issues

5. Liability Limitations

  • • Pre-existing damage, cracks, or defects in glass or surfaces
  • • Damage resulting from structural issues or building settling
  • • Injury or damage caused by unsafe conditions at the property
  • • Indirect, consequential, or special damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
